Brainstorming is a way to generate ideas within a group setting. The Brainstorming environment fosters an uninhibited, non-judgmental explosion of ideas, concepts, policies, decisions and strategies. In Brainstorming, all contributions are valid and the key to a successful session is to share as many ideas as possible without evaluating them. Khoj aims to provide and nurture the skill of research by conducting Brainstorming sessions with all its creativity and knowledge blooming in these sessions.
The unit organizes weekly Brainstorming sessions for its members, wherein different departments choose various topics to present. Every department explores the particular goal/topic/problem and lists down ways to overcome it.
